- Gives a rich vibrant red colour to dishes, often used to colour cheeses.
- Delivers a rich, sweet peppery flavour.
- Add seeds direct to dishes or infuse in water, strain and use the liquid to flavour/colour dishes.
- Ideal for stocks for paella, rice dishes and tandoori dishes.
- Add tbsp to hot oil for 1-2 minutes to colour & flavour the oil before cooking vegetables, meat or potatoes.
