White Pudding/ Hog Pudding Complete Mix - 250g (makes a 750g batch)

A blend of oatmeal, onion and spices to make a traditional white/hog pudding.
Method
- Mince 250g beef suet through a 5mm plate.
- Add 250g pudding mix and mix thoroughly.
- Add 250g warm water (around 40 °C) and mix to a slurry.
- Fill into casings.
- Steam or boil until the internal temperature is at least 72 °C
- Allow to stand, the pudding will firm upon cooling.
