A gluten free version of our Welsh Dragon sausage seasoning combines chilli, leek and a bit of spice! Blended with high quality ingredients to achieve the traditional flavour of the Welsh favourite.

Supplied as standard in 250g pack.

Method

Add Around 25g of seasoning to 700g of mince meat
Add 100g-200g of Rusk ( alter to preference )
Add 165g of cold water
Mix till combined
Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings.

For a larger mix

add 25-30g of seasoning per kg
add 100g of rusk per kg

This pack will make a total of 10kg.
