A complete kit, containing all you need to brine your own turkey - infusing your meat with flavour, adding extra moisture and giving you the perfectly cooked, juicy turkey - every time!!

Hailing from America, the turkey brining trend is not to be skipped, this contains a mix packed with salt, herbs & spices to make the perfect wet brine solution along with a strong bag & tie to retain flavour & moisture while your turkey rests overnight in the fridge.

Kit contains:

• 1 x 400g turkey brine mix.
• 1 x robust brining bag.
• 1 x zip tie

1. Simply combine the brine mix with water, add your turkey & the solution to a bag, seal, and place in a large dish in the fridge - preferably overnight.
2. Drain and rinse thoroughly before cooking.
