Ingredients for a 1kg batch
- Mince - 425
- Scotch Pie Mix - 125g
- Water - 450ml
Method
- Add Scotch pie mix to mince meat and mix until combined.
- Add water and mix until fully absorbed.
- Allow to stand for 20 Minutes.
- Fill 80 - 90g of mixture into pie shells.
- Preheat oven to 220°C.
- Place pies on a baking tray and bake for 35 - 40 minutes until golden brown.
Simply mix ingredients and fill into pies then bake in the oven, it couldn't be easier.
