This batter mix is ideal for making traditional fish and chip shop crispy fried fish.
Method
- Mix 500g of batter mix with 600ml of water and allow to stand for at least one hour before use.
- Dip Fish in batter and deep fry for 5 minutes at 176°C/350°F
- Once cooked place on paper towel to remove excess oil.
This batter mix can also be used for Chicken and vegetables.
