Steak Lorne With Onion Sausage Mix - 100g (1kg batch)

A traditional Scottish Lorne (square sausage) seasoning with added onion.  A blend of spices and onion flavour created to give the perfect authentic onion lorne taste.

Supplied as standard in 100g pack.

 Method

  • Add the 100g complete mix to 800g of mince meat
  • Add 100g of cold water
  • Mix till combined
  • Shape into tin and chill overnight

This mix comes Ready-made with Rusk.

Each 100g pack will make a total of 1kg.
