A traditional Italian sausage. Particularly spicy & ideal for use in pasta!

Supplied as standard in 100g pack.

 Method

  •          Add the 100g complete mix to 800g of mince meat
  •          Add 100ml of cold water
  •          Mix till combined
  •          Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings

This mix comes Ready-made with Rusk.

Each 100g pack will make a total of 1kg.
