Spanish Smoked Paprika & Garlic - Rub

Loaded with smoked paprika, garlic, onion, herbs and spices.
This dry rub is ideal for use with all cuts of chicken, pork, pork ribs and also complimenting fish especially salmon and cod. Rubs are supplied as a dry mix of herbs and spices.
Method
- Take 1kg of your chosen meat and wet by running under cold water or coat in a little oil.
- Place in a suitable bag or container and add 20 - 30g of rub mix.
- Shake well to entirely cover contents.
- Add more rub mix and repeat if necessary
- Cook your meat as normal.
For best results
- Add some dry rub mix to vegetables before roasting or grilling with a little oil to coat evenly.
- Marinade your meat overnight in the fridge for a better taste.
