Shish Kebab Seasoning

A blend of spices such as cumin and garlic to create the perfect shish kebab.
Suggested Method:
- Sprinkle recommended amount of 18-25g seasoning over 1kg diced meat (use any meat you prefer)
- Mix until thoroughly coated.
- Set aside for at least two hours or if you can, chill overnight.
- Place on to skewers with veg of your choice (optional)
- Cook on BBQ, Grill or griddle pan until meat is cooked through.
- Serve with salad and pitta bread and enjoy!
Supplied as 100g + 100g free, each 100g pack will make 5kg meat.
