Shish Kebab Seasoning

A blend of spices such as cumin and garlic to create the perfect shish kebab.

Suggested Method:

  •          Sprinkle recommended amount of 18-25g seasoning over 1kg diced meat (use any meat you prefer)
  •          Mix until thoroughly coated.
  •          Set aside for at least two hours or if you can, chill overnight.
  •          Place on to skewers with veg of your choice (optional)
  •          Cook on BBQ, Grill or griddle pan until meat is cooked through.
  •          Serve with salad and pitta bread and enjoy!

Supplied as 100g + 100g free, each 100g pack will make 5kg meat.
