This savoury stuffing mix is a great winter treat loaded with delicious flavours and gluten free too!
Packed with garlic, pepper and sage.
Recipe
- Stuffing mix - 200g
- Sausage meat or pork mince - 500g
- Water (Iced) - 300g
- Add 200g stuffing mix to 500g mince meat and mix until combined
- Add 300g of water and mix thouroughly
Cooking Suggestion
Insert the stuffing into the meat and follow the recommended cooking instructions
Alternatively form the stuffing mixture into balls, place them onto a greased baking tray and cook in a pre-heated oven (approx 200°C/Gas mark 6) for 20 minutes.
