Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic & Sage Stuffing Mix 100g (Gluten Free)

This savoury stuffing mix is a great winter treat loaded with delicious flavours and gluten free too!

Packed with garlic, pepper and sage.

Recipe

• stuffing mix - 100g
  
• Sausage meat or pork mince - 250g
  
• Water (Iced) - 150g

• Add 100g stuffing mix to 250g mince meat and mix until combined
  
• Add 150g of water and mix thouroughly

Insert the stuffing into the meat and follow the recommended cooking instructions

Alternatively form the stuffing mixture into balls, place them onto a greased baking tray and cook in a pre-heated oven (approx 200°C/Gas mark 6) for 20 minutes.
