Traditional Scottish sausage seasoning gives an intense beef flavour.

Supplied as standard in 1kg pack.

 

Method

·        - Add the 500g complete mix to 4kg of mince meat

·        - Add 500g of cold water

·        -  Mix till combined

·        - Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings

 

This mix comes Ready-made with Rusk.
