Scotch Pie
A traditional spiced scotch pie mix - just add meat and water!
Method
- Mince 5000g meat
- Add 500g Scotch Pie Mix and mix thoroughly.
- Add 4500g chilled water and mix thoroughly.
- Allow to stand for 20 minutes.
- Fill into pie shells.
- The colder the meat and water the better the appearance and life of your product
- Suitable for home freezing.
