A dried mix of barley & peas to make a tasty, hearty traditional Scottish soup.
- A combination of pearl barley, yellow & green split peas, blue peas & red lentils.
- Cook in beef stock for a traditional Scottish taste.
- Soak 100g broth mix in 500ml water for 8-12 hrs.
- Drain, rinse and add to a pan with 500ml water.
- Bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes, reduce the heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
