This traditional stuffing mix is a great winter treat loaded with delicious flavours and gluten free too!

Recipe
- Sage and Onion stuffing mix - 1kg
- Sausage meat or pork mince - 2500g
- Water (Iced) - 1500g
- Add 1kg stuffing mix to 2500g mince meat and mix until combined
- Add 1500g of water and mix thouroughly
For smaller batches
- Add 200g of stuffing mix for every 500g of mince meat .
- Add 300g of water for every 200g of stuffing mix the mix until combined.
Cooking Suggestion
Insert the stuffing into the meat and follow the recommended cooking instructions
Alternatively form the stuffing mixture into balls, place them onto a greased baking tray and cook in a pre-heated oven (approx 200°C/Gas mark 6) for 20 minutes.
