- Provides 8 amino acids to support a healthy lifestyle.
- High in fibre, calcium, iron & magnesium.
- Provides a rich nutty flavour, ideal for adding to salads & cereals.
- Rinse 185g quinoa and add to 900ml water, add a pinch of salt and bring to the boil, cook until the liquid is mostly absorbed.
- Remove from heat, cover and leave to sit for 10 minutes.
- Drain excess liquid & serve.
