Supplied as standard in 500g pack.
Method
- Add the 500g complete mix to 4kg
of mince meat
- Add 500g of cold water

Mix till combined
- Fill into Tongmaster Natural or
Collagen Casings
This mix comes Ready-made with Rusk.
Each 500g pack will make a total of 5kg.
