Method
- Add the 100g complete mix to 800g of mince meat
- Add 100g of cold water
- Mix till combined
- Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings
This mix comes Ready-made with Rusk.
Each 100g pack will make a total of 1kg.
