Our brand new super fine rusk is much smaller than our pinhead rusk, as it says in the name, this rusk is super fine and almost powder like.
- This rusk has a very high water absorption and minimum shrinkage during cooking.
- You can add as high as 2kg of water per 1kg of rusk as the yield is very high.
- This rusk will give your burgers/sausages a super light texture and absorb any liquids, creating an amazing texture.
- We use this rusk in our doner kebab mix as it creates a softer, lighter texture when mixed with meat.
- As it is so fine, this rusk minimises air content making for a well-mixed, flavoursome sausage/burger!
