Polony Savaloy Sausage Mix With Smoke - 500g
A seasoning mix with a smoky hint to make the perfect polony sausage.
Often referred to as bologna sausage or baloney, this sausage is ideally used as a thinly sliced cooked meat.
Supplied in a 500g pack.
Ingredients for smoked polony sausage:
- 1.6kg pork trim 70% lean meat
- 600g pork fat
- 500g smoked bacon trim
- 1800g water
- 500g Tongmaster polony sausage mix.
Method
- Add the 500g complete mix to minced/chopped meat
- Add 1800g of cold water
- Re-mince till combined
- Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings
This mix comes Ready-made.
This pack will make a total of 5kg.
