Pepper Pie Mix

A delicious rich creamy pie mix with a peppery kick. Great with chicken, beef and lamb and perfect for use in pies, pasties and slices.
Ingredients
- 450g diced meat.
- 500g water or stock.
- 50g pepper pie mix.
Method
- Add a little of the cold water to the pie mix and mix to a paste.
- Add the paste to the stock/water, along with the cooked meat and bring to the boil.
- Simmer for ten minutes.
- Fill into pie shells or pastry.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes in a preheated oven at 220°C.
