Traditional ox runners, ideal for black and white pudding.

•          This casing has a natural curve and is suitable for bury black pudding.
  
•          These Uruguayan casings are of Grade A quality and have a long shelf life.
  
•          Width is approx. 40-43mm per hank and 1m in length.
  
•          Cured in salt before dispatch and require rinsing and soaking for at least 20 mins in warm water before use.
  
•          Remains can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 months.
