Ingredients:

  • 1kg chicken breast, sliced
  • 100g Tongmaster crumb


Method:

  1. Add the chicken to a bag or container.
  2. Add 100g crumb to the chicken, seal and shake until everything is well coated.
  3. Cook your preferred way (we recommend oven bake or frying.
  4. Serve alongside a fresh salad & sweet chilli sauce.
