An exotic apricot loaded meatball mix, with a hint of garlic and herb.
Method
- Add 100g pack to 780g of mince meat
- Add 120ml of cold water ( alter to desired consistency)
- Mix till combined
- Shape to desired size of meatball
Additional Tips
- The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the meatball.
- Leave meatball in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with the meat
- Dont forget to use Tongmaster meatball trays to store your meatballs that allow your meatballs to hold their shape.
