This spicy crumb coating combines the flavours of the seep south for an intense Cajun taste.

Method:

•          Rub on to poultry, meat, fish or vegetables before grilling, roasting or pop it on the BBQ.
  
•          Use 20-30g per 1kg meat/veg.
