A traditional Spanish meatball mix with a hint of smoky paprika, garlic & chorizo.

Method:

  •          Add 800g mince to a bowl (pork & beef work well)
  •          Add 100g meatball complete mix and mix thoroughly
  •          Add 120g iced water and mix thoroughly
  •          Shape meatballs and chill to hold shape.

Supplied as a standard 100g pack.
