A mix of spices for making a delicious spicy lamb burger.
Supplied as standard in 250g pack.
Method
- Add Around 25g of seasoning to 1kg of mince meat
- Add 50g of Gluten Free Rusk
- Add 40ml of cold water
- Mix till combined
- Shape to desired size of burger
For a larger mix
- add 25g of seasoning per kg
- add 50g of gluten free rusk per kg
This pack will make a total of 10kg.
