A korma is a mild, creamy curry, full of flavour!
Chicken Korma Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast, cut into bitesize pieces
- 50g korma masala powder
- 1 large onion, finely sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 250ml stock
- 100ml plain yoghurt
- Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken, cook for approx 5 mins on each side or until cooked through and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the onions, cook until soft and caramelised, add the korma masala and cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Add the stock and cook until the stock has reduced by half, you can leave this as is or add this mixture to a blender if you prefer a smoother sauce.
- Add the chicken, cream and simmer gently, stirring occasionally until piping hot.
