Just coat and cook – no need to dip in egg!

Method

· Dampen portions of chicken and drain
· Tumble in breading mix to ensure an even coating.
· Store for a minimum of three hours in the fridge before cooking. This will assist in the adhesion and penetration of the flavour.
· For best results - Cook in hot oil.
