Our take on the authentic Japanese katsu curry.
Method:
- Empty 100g pack into a saucepan with 600ml of cold water.
- Place on a high heat and stir continuously.
- Add 2 tbsp light soy sauce & stir well.
- Bring to the boil, serve and enjoy.
- Pair with crispy chicken or pork & rice.
- Add sliced onions, mushrooms or more traditionally potato & carrot.
- Try with crispy coated seafood or tofu.
