Japanese Katsu Curry Sauce Mix

Our take on the authentic Japanese katsu curry.

Method:

  • Empty 100g pack into a saucepan with 600ml of cold water.
  • Place on a high heat and stir continuously.
  • Add 2 tbsp light soy sauce & stir well.
  • Bring to the boil, serve and enjoy.
For Best Results:

  • Pair with crispy chicken or pork & rice.
  • Add sliced onions, mushrooms or more traditionally potato & carrot.
  • Try with crispy coated seafood or tofu.
