A blend of 10 (or is it 11?) herbs & spices to make your fried chicken TASTY.
Perfect for coating chicken portions, nuggets, mini fillets, burgers & more!
Ingredients:
- 900g chicken portions (drumsticks/wings/fillets)
- 200g tongmaster southern fried chicken mix
- milk OR water
Method:
- Place the chicken in a large sealable bag/container, add a splash of water or milk and around 100g of the flour mix, give it a good shake until well coated.
- (optional) Place some extra seasoning in a bowl and dip each peace to double coat in the flour before cooking.
- deep fry at 170°C for approx 7-8 minutes until golden, crispy & cooked through.
- Serve up alongside your favourite sides!
