Delicious Thai style chicken wings - packed with flavour.
Ingredients:
- 1kg chicken wings
- 100g Tongmaster Authentic Thai glaze
Method:
- Place chicken wings in a large bag or container
- Wet the meat by running under cold water
- Add 50g glaze, or more if necessary, shake the container/bag until wings are fully coated
- Cook in the oven, grill or BBQ until cooked through and serve with a drizzle of sriracha sauce
