Thai Style Chicken Wings

 

Delicious Thai style chicken wings - packed with flavour.

Ingredients:

  • 1kg chicken wings
  • 100g Tongmaster Authentic Thai glaze


Method:

  1. Place chicken wings in a large bag or container
  2. Wet the meat by running under cold water
  3. Add 50g glaze, or more if necessary, shake the container/bag until wings are fully coated
  4. Cook in the oven, grill or BBQ until cooked through and serve with a drizzle of sriracha sauce
