Hungarian Goulash Seasoning - 50g

An authentic seasoning packed with sweet paprika.
Ingredients:
- 500g diced beef
- 500g onion - chopped
- 2 red bell peppers - chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper - chopped
- 2 tomatoes - diced
- 2 carrots - diced
- 2 potatoes - diced
- 5 cloves garlic - minced
- 3 tbsp butter or pork fat
- 1L beef stock
- 50g goulash seasoning
- Melt the butter or fat in a large pan and add the onions, cook until brown, add the beef, cook for around 10 minutes or until brown.
- Add the peppers, tomatoes and garlic and cook for another 5 minutes, remove from the heat and add the seasoning, mix until combined.
- Add the stock and return to the heat, add the carrots and potatoes, bring to the boil and simmer for around 40 minutes.
- Add salt to taste, serve and enjoy.
