A Thai inspired seasoning packed with coriander, turmeric & chilli.
Hot Thai Curry Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 500g beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1 x 400ml tin coconut milk
- 50g hot thai curry powder
- 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced.
- fish sauce
- peanut butter (optional)
Method:
- In a large bowl, add the beef, curry powder and a splash of oil (peanut oil works best) and mix well until fully coated, marinade for at least 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan and and add the beef, cook until well browned on each side.
- Add the coconut milk, fish sauce, a splash of water and simmer for approx 20 minutes, adding more water if needed.
- Add the bell pepper, peanut butter and cook for a further 5 minutes, serve & enjoy!
