• They come in at 100,000 - 350,000 Scoville units, which is 40x hotter than a jalapeno pepper.
• Try mixing into a salsa, sauces or soups to add an intense hot but fruity flavour.
• Sprinkle over meat or vegetables before cooking for a fiery kick.
• Mix into marinades or spice blends.
• These are around 3-6mm in diameter.
