Aniseed (Anise) is sweet and very aromatic,
distinguished by its liquorice-like flavour.
- Add aniseed to sweet and savoury dishes including cakes,
biscuits and sausages, burgers and roasts.
- Often used in Asian cooking, especially Chinese, and is one
of the main ingredients in Chinese five spice.
- Use to flavour Chinese curries, sauces, soups and
marinades.
Supplied in a 500g catering shaker jar for easy
storage and application.
