A classic greek style smoked sausage with an added hint of leek.
Method:
- Add the 100g complete mix to 800g meat
- Add 100g of cold water
- Mix till combined
- Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings
This mix comes ready made with rusk
Each 100g pack will make a total of 1kg
