An easy to use pancake & Yorkshire pudding mix in one - made in Yorkshire.

Makes delicious pancakes & Yorkshire puddings in minutes.
Pancakes - mix entire pack with 250ml cold water & 1 medium egg, whisk until smooth and cook in a pan.
Yorkshire puddings - preheat a cupcake tray with oil, mix entire pack with 220ml cold water & 2 medium eggs, whisk until smooth & cook in the oven.
Try adding fruit, cinnamon or chocolate chips to the pancakes!
Assure the oil in the pan is piping hot before pouring the Yorkshire pudding batter in.
