Gluten Free Venison Sausage Seasoning - 250g

This high quality herby seasoning compliments and enhances the unique flavour of venison.

Supplied as standard in 250g pack. 

Method

• Add Around 25g of seasoning to 700g of mince meat
• Add 100g-200g of Rusk ( alter to preference )
• Add 165g of cold water
• Mix till combined
• Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings see link https://www.tongmaster.co.uk/sausage-casings-skins/home-user-pack

For a larger mix  

• add 25-30g of seasoning per kg
• add 100g of rusk per kg

This pack will make a total of 10kg.
