A traditional blend of herbs and spices containing everything you need to make your own Gluten free black pudding – just add meat and water!
Recipe
- Gluten Free Black Pudding Mix - 750g
- Beef fat - 270g
- Beef Suet - 480g
- Warm water 40°C - 750g
- Mince fat and suet where applicable through a fine plate (5mm)
- Add black pudding mix and mix thoroughly
- Add warm water (40°C) and mix to a slurry
- Let stand till cool. (this allows the mix to firm up for ease of filling.)
- Fill into casings and cook at 80°C for approximately 50 - 60 mins
Potato starch, rice flour, Dried Blood, pimento, pepper, cinnamon, cloves
