A kick of ginger and leek to spice up any sausage.
Supplied as standard in 250g pack.
Method
- Add the 250g complete mix to 2kg of mince meat
- Add 250g of cold water
- Mix till combined
- Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings
This mix comes Ready-made with Rusk.
Each 250g pack will make a total of 2.5kg.
