Free From - Chorizo Burger Complete Mix - 60g (makes 1kg batch)

This product is gluten free!

Spicy and smoky chorizo flavoured burger.

All of our free from range contains no gluten, no artificial colours or flavours & no additives!

Method:

•          Add 60g burger mix to 100ml cold water.
  
•          Mix until fully dissolved.
  
•          Add solution to 840g minced meat and mix thoroughly.
  
•          Leave to stand for 5 minutes and press into burger shapes.
  

For best results:

•          Leave to stand before cooking to allow meat to be flavoured.
  
•          Bbq, grill or pan fry.

Makes 1kg batch – supplied in 60g pack.
