Farmhouse Black Pudding Mix With Onion - 1.5kg

A traditional blend of herbs and spices, with a twist of added onion, containing everything you need to make your own black pudding – just add meat and water!
Method (2.2kg batch)
- Mince 1kg fat and/or suet.
- Add 750g black pudding complete mix.
- Add 875g hot water and mix to slurry
- Let stand until cool. (This allows the mix to firm up for ease of filling).
- Fill into Tongmaster Black Pudding Casings
Cooking: Immerse in boiling water and cook at 80°C for approximately 50-60 minutes
Suitable for home freezing
