A curried German sausage packed with pepper, ginger, nutmeg, coriander and parsley. Serve with hot mustard and sauerkraut for true German treat.
Supplied as standard in 500g pack.
Method
- Add the 500g complete mix to 2kg of mince meat
- Add 600g of cold water
- Mix till combined
- Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings
This mix comes Ready-made with Rusk.
Each 500g pack will make a total of 3.1kg.
