Currywurst Sausage Seasoning - 100g

A traditional curried German sausage packed with pepper, ginger, nutmeg, coriander and parsley. Serve with hot mustard and sauerkraut for true German treat.
Supplied as standard in 100g pack.
Method
- Add Around 37g of seasoning to 1kg of mince meat
- Add 180g-200g of Rusk ( alter to preference )
- Add 200g-300g of cold water
- Mix till combined
- Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings see link https://www.tongmaster.co.uk/sausage-casings-skins/home-user-pack
For a larger mix
- add 37g of seasoning per kg
- add 300g of rusk per kg
This pack will make a total of 10.5kg.
