A tasty dry seasoning ideal for coating chicken to give a traditional roast flavour and colour.

•          Apply to moist meat of your choice 1 hour before cooking for a traditional roasted flavour and colour.
  
•          Use 40-50g of seasoning per 1kg of meat
  
•          Or for penetration of flavour place a small amount of seasoning inside your chicken to enhance the flavour upon cooking.
