Our best selling burger mix by far, this seasoning is a firm family favourite. The best thing about our complete mixes is that they are what it says on the tin - complete. No need to add rusk! Our complete Angus Burger mix makes a traditional Scottish meaty burger loaded with onions. Blends of herbs, spices, rusk and and functional ingredients make up our complete burger seasoning mixes, and this means the hard work is done for you - just mix with chilled water and minced meat or poultry to form tasty and appealing burgers, meatballs or grill sticks.

All of our burgers mixes are free from artificial colours and flavours and contain no MSG.

• Mince meat through 5mm plate
• Add seasoning and mix
• Add water and mix thoroughly
• Re-mince through 5mm plate
• Press into required size of burgers
• Cooking Suggestion - BBQ, grill or pan-fry
• Cook 4-6 mins, turn during cooking
