Literally meaning 'garnished bouquet' this blend of herbs is inspired by France and often used in casseroles, soups and stews.
- A mixture of dried and finely chopped thyme, bay leaves, marjoram and parsley.
- Traditionally used in dishes such as beef bourguignon, cassoulet and a variety of French soups.
- This can be added directly to dishes as you would any other herb, or can be used to infuse into a dish by adding the whole sachet like a teabag.
- Add to water before poaching chicken, fish or eggs to add a burst of flavour.
- A great addition to chicken or beef stock.
